Macro Granola
Macro granola
I make my own because there is not any granola that does not have sweetener. I use toasted sunflower seed, rolled oats, toasted kasha, and toasted sesame seed (milled) Mix in shoyu while hot and the sesame with toasted sesame oil, then yeast flakes. Mouth watering!

Ohhh, thats sounds like a delicious granola!
I make my own too! I just developed a really great recipe the other day with brown rice syrup. I use a little maple too when making it for non-macro friends, but you can omit the maple and it comes out just as fantastic!! For photo and recipe visit My site
