Message for Bita -- please advise

Dear Bita,

I've read your article, as well as The Gentle Art of Making Love. I understand the importance of avoiding extremes and foods considered to be goitrogens for a diet promoting a healthy sex life. We're drawing closer to Valentine's Day, and the recipes in the book are, hmmmm......, how shall I say, uninspiring perhaps?

So, say you want to rock your lover's world.... Considering the benefits of folic acid, B6 and B12, an you suggest some possible recipes or menu items that would be romantic, sexy, and interactive, inspiring absolutely soulful, mindblowing sex?

Thanks!

Leslie

Re: Message for Bita -- please advise

Hi Leslie:

If I was going to romance someone, I would prepare this:

A fish dish of some sort, like a white meat fish or shrimp
then some sexy noodles or a grain dish like a pilaf with toasted nuts
a sensual vegetable such as leafy greens
and for dessert, I might splurge and be decadent by making maple chocolate individual cakes.
