Thumbs up The nightshade family

Id rather call it the deadly nightshade family. It is an allergy i have suffered with for the past Six years not being able to find out what it was for the first three. I found it by process of illimination, most probebly the only way to b sure what really is having the terrible effect on you. Id be happy to discuss this with someone who has the same problem so then hopefully we can learn a bit more about it. There are still every day foods that for some reason i have reactions to. I know im missing something. I know i cant eat apples, potatoes peppers, tomatoes, pears, spices, grapefruit, pineapple strawberries and most berries, also lettuce cucumber celery. Could someone tell me are onions part of this family and for some reason i cant eat butter and most breads. Chocolate and toffe and most sweat things all make me quite ill. Please can anyone tell me if there is a conetion between them some how? Oh and i forgot about cheese, also makes me ill, And yet again another. caffine, What an earth can that have to do with it? Please please could u shed some light on this for me and big huge PLEASE could somebody give me a full list of the nightshade family. Thank you so much. Lisa, Amormyangel
