fast and cleanse
Hi all,
I was wondering if there is a macrobiotic program for doing a fast/cleanse? I am doing a program right now but many of the suggested ingredients are not macrobiotic. Has anyone heard of or done a good fast/cleanse? Thanks, Alanna
