Hello Nice people ! I was asked to have Kuzu tea with Umeboshi every day, but I forgot to ask why ?Could you tell me why ?My consultant is out of town so maybe you coould help.Arunima

Umeboshi is supposed to alkalize the blood and be good for digestion, nausea and heartburn. Kuzu tea also helps with digestion, acid stomach and fatigue.

thnx for the last answer ! I was also asked to take chestnut powder ,, I have bought it but I doont know how to take it , finally what is it good for ?

Sorry, I am really not sure about the chestnut powder. I am still learning myself. I thought it was a thickener that you put in soup or dredge food in before you fry it, but I am not sure why you would be asked to take it...

Anyone else have anything on that one?
