Question Hijiki & Arsenic?

i am not an alarmist nor am i new to macrobiotics (14 years), but my sister pointed this out and i wasn't sure where to get clarification. any thoughts?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hijiki

it would be interesting to hear what Eden thinks about this.

sorry, if i posted this in the wrong place, but i couldn't figure out the most appropriate place to post a subject like this.

cheers,
lance

Hi Lance,

This is exactly what Eden Foods has to say on this.
http://www.edenfoods.com/issues_hijiki.html

The thing to remember is that Wikipedia is not the ultimate information authority.
