Looking for seminar leader for macro cooking

I work for a non-profit that is looking for someone to lead a 2-4 week seminar on macrobiotic/organic lifestyle. We can offer a small honorarium and would pay for all supplies. If you know someone or are someone who would be interested and has the skills to do this I would great appreciate it if you contact me.

This specific series would be for Adults 55 and over. The classes would take place in Chelsea.
