Sebaceous cyst

I have a two small sebaceous cysts on the back of my head and another on my neck. Another one recently appeared under my jaw.

According to conventional medicine, these are harmless, but obviously if more and more of the things appear...

Any suggestions?

red, irritated, cysts with yelloish discharges/ pus are considered to be heat toxins, sometimes with 'phlegm heat' in traditional oriental medicine. there is an herbal wash for this called "yin care" which can be applied externally. internally, you need to cleanse a bit. do your bowels function in a healthy manner? (regular, easy to pass, solid,.....)
