Ginger compresses
Hello!
Does anyone know how important these are when following a macrobiotic diet? on one site i looked at it said they are essential for someone starting out on the diet and that they had to be used 64 times for half hour each time on the abdomen because the bowel will be stagnated Is this really necsersary?! Thankyou Mark
