    again. That is me anyway. Well, sort of. I sure am spending lots more time gathering lately in the pursuit of the biggest dietary change in my life! But I feel it's well worth it despite the fact that I get hungry at the drop of hat. And that can be dangerous.   3. Allentown (Pennsylvania) Macrobiotics

    I read in the Allentown paper yesterday that macrobiotics is making a comeback among the health conscious. The people quoted in the article were both from the West Coast, and the only East Coast reference was for the Kushi Institute in Massachusetts. I wondered how many people read the article and wondered how to get started learning more about macrobiotics, not knowing about other resources closer by.

  4. Allentown, PA cooking classes

    My first cooking class at Twin Ponds Integrative Health Center in Breinigsville, PA, will be Thursday, January 29 at 6:00 P.M. I will be giving another class February 19 at the same time, and once a month after that on the third Thursday of the month.

  5. Allentown, PA private and/or group cooking classes

    I have recently been offered the use of a large commercial kitchen and dining area for cooking classes. I have been wanting very much, over the last year here in Allentown, to offer them on a regular basis, but have not had the space. I do now, and would like to begin holding a series of 4 classes in January 2009.
