Low Blood Pressure - Fat in lungs/intestines

I need some opinions on this:

1 - My wife is facing for a long time, low blood pressure with fast heartbeats...today she had 90/70 of blood pressure with heartbeat at 97, and with a headache at the front of the head...this isn't very good i guess...she took a coffee to rise the blood pressure and got better. what can she do if this happens again? we discovered that she get's front headcahes when she eats sugar, cakes etc...wich i think is a yin form of releasing excess. but she didn't ate nothing sweet since saturday...

what could be the cause of this? very expanded arteries due to yin intake...?
i think the two things are not very common together. or am i wrong? she has cholesterol too, which i think is much better now with the macro-diet.

She usually eats the same as me, sometimes just eat soup at the dinner.. (if anyone is interested in knowing it in more detail: Beginner questions/doubts it's all written there. ) But she also drinks milk 2x/day, eat sweets like 4x/month, drink only one small cup of coffe/day. usually ate refined withe bread (which she is stopping now.) also eat fruits.

2 - A few days ago i stared reading natural healing through macrobiotics i found a few symptoms she's having. (pimples around the cheeks and chin, she usually get's tired very fast in walking/running, which means the lungs are not functioning properly) which turned out to be accumulated fat in the lungs and intestine and ovaries. correct me if i'm wrong. can this be due to the birth control pills too?
shes now reducing the milk and cutting on the sugar/cheese.

i'm also thinking in doing her a ginger compress. to clean the accumulated fat. where should i apply this? on the abdomen? what about the lungs?
i also read the contra-indications for this, but i don't know what exactly is abdomen swelling. is it the fat people usually have around above the waist?

Could point 1 and 2 have any relation to each other?

Thanks for your time!

Ricardo
