Becoming more yang

Hello everybody,

Can somebody tell me how much time does it take for the cells to change their essence entirely; I am now on a very yang diet(no fish and buckweath), becouse I have some yin problems(my feet are not firmly on the ground, have problems with concentration when learning for tests, and some little bodily problems too), so I was wondering how long does it take for a slightly yin male to become more yang.
Thank you somebody for your answer.

Love, warrior

Everyone is different. It depends on what you are starting with and how you approach the process of yangization. Generally, one must realize that "Rome was not built in a day". Things that grow slowly tend to grow more strong--strong being a more yang condition.

What do you mean by more yang? Do you mean in condition such as strength, and/or in characteristics, such as short and wide? A blade of grass will never be an Oak tree. As illustration, one might compare a Giant Bamboo with an Oak. Bamboo grows quickly and can be physically very strong. It is tall and thin--yin in its nature, but does not live as long as an Oak.

I always recommend to proceed slowly and consistantly. The body does not like to be shocked with sudden and extreme changes. The body will reward you with strength if you give it time to heal and grow. Being patient will yangize and strengthen the spirit. The body and spirit must change together. If one advances beyond the other, the weaker will tend to pull the stronger down---in a yin spiral. If the stronger can maintain, it will pull the weaker up---in a yang spiral. Such is the challenge of living.

The act of being patient and consistant, in itself, is being more yang. The body will reflect a clear spirit. Equally, the spirit loves a clear body.

Each day can be a new state on yangness---or yinness. It really never ends.
