coffee

Hi,

When I drink coffee, I get big bags under my eyes. For any of you who know oriental facial diagnosis, what do you think this indicates? I also seem to get an exaggerated anxiety response from caffeine, aching in the kidney area of my back, and the tip of my nose turns red.

Any thouights on what sort of imbalance or organ weakness these caffeine responses may be pointing to?

Re: coffee

klara makes a good point. As convenient as caffeine seems in the moment, it is deadly to your health and in the end makes you more tired than you were initially.
if you wanted some quick reading:

I would suggest to slowly slip off caffeine and alter your diet and lifestyle to provide you with enough energy as not to be dependent on it.

Re: coffee

Heart/nose for face diagnosis, definitely. Bags under the eyes are, I think, kidneys, not sure. Not eating MB anymore, in fact, not eating much at all... very high-stress job, heavy physical/mental, not much time except for work and sleep. Down to one large cuppa coffee/day right now. Will keep yall posted, and thanks for the replies.

Re: coffee

Shokan,

Disease is given to us to make us stop how we are treating our bodies. Please, can you stop now before it's worse? I can't judge your life only you can judge if you must continue this way. I pray answers come to you.
