House and mold

Hello, does anyone know how to deal with mold? We live in a semi-tropical climate in the mountains and everyone has mold. I try to kill what I can see but it is in the air, and all in the house. Does anyone know of bleach boms with vinegar to kill the mold? I can tell it is affecting me especially as my glands in my throat get achey trying to fight it. Any suggestions for this damp town?
