irregular heart beat
I have high blood pressure but the doctors don't has any concern before. I guess it was just a little high or something like that. But now doctor told me that I either have an irregular heart beat or a heart murmur, I’m not sure about the difference. I smoke occasionally. Does that have an affect on blood pressure/heart problems? Please advice.

Hi, Sorry to hear about your heart problems. Are you macrobiotic? Usually, people eating a macro diet have normal blood pressure. Perhaps your doctor is not concerned about it, because exercise & diet are the best methods of control, of which many people will not comply. Smoking can also increase blood pressure. Have you read Dr. Dean Ornish's work on heart disease?
