Macro and emotions
Hallo, I'm quite new with macro.
I tried many times to make Macrobiotics my way of life, but I always fell in food tempetions and actually my diet is very irregular and full of industrial foods and refined products... My toughts and my fellings too suffer for this situation. I noticed that when I manage to cook a mb meal of wholecereals and beans, or I prepare seitan (a friend teach me how to do it!) or I eat in a simply way with simple food, the quality of my toughts improves and I feel optimistic and quiet.... I'd like to be always in this status but.... my superficial nature fights( )with my inner nature and usually wins! I'd like to now if your approach to mb has been easy or not and how you behave with food temptations.Ciao! Romi |

Romi, Welcome aboard.
I like the way you describe how eating macro makes you feel optimistic and quiet. I feel that too. For me learning to eat macro regularly is a slow process.....I added new stuff gradually and am still learning what to do when I get bored with what I've been eating besides blitzing on processed food. You have experienced the difference ...that is a big step... |

Well the board here has made me encouraged enough to go for this too, notwithstanding the pros and cons I have decided to switchover to the said form. I am doing some research for the time being to get relevant info. on the same and once I am fully satisfied with the same I will initiate the same. Wish me some luck friends.
