Jerilyn616,

When eating a macrobiotic diet, one should be getting sufficient moisture from the grains and vegetables, soups and the occasional tea.

If one is eating a wide macrobiotic diet that includes some fish, eggs, or dairy, then one's extra liquid needs might be greater.

Carbonated water might interfer with one's proper digestion of food.

Do you drink much seltzer, now?

Thank you, very much.

Bruce Paine
