gyla is on a distinguished road
where to start?

Up to this point I've just been cooking from different mb cookbooks, and using some recipes that are "mostly macro" so it wouldn't be such a drastic change for my partner and I. It's been great, though we are still working on releasing old "comfort foods" and such.

I just found a used copy of "Zen Macrobiotics" by George Ohsawa and was a little saddened to see I scored a "0" on his "7 Conditions for Health".

I realize he does say to re-evaluate every month to see how your score improves. (well, at this moment mine can ONLY improve, haha)

but I'm really curious about the different diets, and how/when we apply them to treat different conditions.

Can anyone point me to a book or some information/experience that can help me grasp where I'm to go from here? I just ordered the "Book of Judgement", hoping this might have more in it.

I realize it would be best if I could work one-on-one with someone, but I have money constraints for several months.

I also don't think doing the #7 diet is possible for me at the moment, I am still nursing my 19-month old toddler. (all day long some days!)

Thanks in advance!
Holly
