Macrobiotics and Pregnancy?
I just recently found out that I am pregnant, which I am very excited about but also have some concerns as far as my diet is concerned. I suspect that a very healthy diet such as MB is an excellent thing for a growing baby and I have nothing to worry about- but I always like to be sure and with such a big responsibility I want to make sure I am doing everything right.
Do you know of any books on this that you would recommend or any modifications to a diet for a pregnancy? Thanks for any help. Lil Miz |

Re: Macrobiotics and Pregnancy?
Thanks so much Bruce for the book recommendations!
This baby will have two brothers, five years old and two years old, or when born, 6 and 3. My husband is hoping for a girl, but I think I am destine to have all boys- nothing wrong with that. I only hope for a healthy baby. Take care- Lil Miz ![]() |
