Re: Green tea too yin?
Hello Bruce,
Thank you for the input. I will definitely look up Mina Dobic when I have a chance. After much consideration, I realized the culprit was the green tea. I would feel fine right after I eat. But as soon as I would start drinking green tea, I felt very spacy and as if my energy was zapped. I have been drinking no tea and feeling great. My question is what are some good non-caffenated teas? Besides Kukicha, which I understand has a small amount. Thanks again. Sincerely, lob |
