increase yang, bowel movements, reduce fatigue
Hi,
I have been raw-fooding for quite awhile. Then I got interested in mono-diets and had just finished a 3-day apple fast (Edgar Cayce technique). Then I decided to try brown rice for 3 days and that's why I'm here!
The brown rice really does promote bowel movements much better than the apples did. However: I become very tired and heavy-feeling for 1 hour or so prior to the fecal release. I'm thinking I need something more yang in my diet besides brown rice with soy sauce sprinkled on top of it so that bowel movement occurs quicker and does not lead to fatigue as it pushes to make it's final exit.
I'm help for any help I can get on this.
