No-Cook Macrobiotic Recipes?

Hi all,

I'm interested in starting a macrobiotic diet, and for a number of reasons, I just can't deal with cooking very often. My diet for the last three years has consisted of microwave dinners and ice cream, and as I'm taking this year off from school to fix my mental health issues, I want to fix my diet as well (hell, maybe the latter will fix the former, so I can only hope.) But spending an hour in the kitchen every night is not going to work for me. For grains I have a rice cooker which is my best friend, but plain bowls of rice and raw veggies gets old pretty quickly, especially when you're used to poptarts and chips.

So! Do any of you have good, simple macrobiotic recipes that don't require much preparation? Thx!
