Rice preparation methods
Hi, I have a rice cooker, but it only cooks 2 cups or more of rice well...
But I only need 1 cup of rice. How can I take 1 cup of short grain organic brown rice and prepare it?

My apologies. I just went to see what your other posts were and did see that you have some great books. Take some time and go through them, it will open wonderful doors for you. And give your rice cooker (I'm guessing it's electric) to someone who hasn't yet discovered this great path.
