Creamy Fruit Puddings, Kanten, Agar
I love making my agar desserts with 1/2 agar and 1/2 kuzu for a creamier consistency
So, if you are using 4 cups liquid, I use 2 Tablespoons agar and 2 Tablespoons kuzu. Also, I like to mold them in a pie plate - it's so much more fun.
