Re: a jornal of a lost soul

second day,
i started well as the day got long my energy seem to be less and less by the time dinner came i was ground. it seem i spend the whole day preparing food am lunch snack for my little one and last the feast for dinner. I got a terrible migraine it took all night for it to go away.

i should be more positive I am glad for my family whom kindly enjoy what i had prepared ds likes ume dressing so vegies are so much fun for him

Hi Secretsis.

It is nice to read about your new macrobiotic adventures, please keep writing them for all of us. But I was thinking that maybe you would rather post them in your own macro blog that we give free to anyone that wants one at CyberMacro.

Gary

Re: Try a Cybermacro Blog

Deeann,

I'm only guessing, probably best to ask Margaret, but I have often used oats as a thickener in soups, and I believe that might be what she is doing there, no??

Secretsis, I would love to know how it's going - and you don't have to whitewash it - I know all journeys have their ups and downs, as long as you can keep spiraling up, it's working. How wonderful to have your family all sharing this adventure with you.

Klara
