If you look carefully at the current CyberMacro forums, you will notice that the oldest message dates back to about 4 years ago. In reality we have operated macrobiotic discussion forums far longer than that. After much work, I am able to present to you a very large portion of our original Mountain Ark discussion forum. You will see that our first message dates in here from June 15 1996, over eight years old! There is an incredible amount of information contained in this forum, almost 800 posts that have not been seen for almost 6 years. The nice thing is that if you so desire, you can actually even make a reply to one of the posts directly there.
