One question, though. I was under the impression that politics were supposed to stay out of the forums, and I see you have presidential team icons in the smiley list.

Just my opinion, but I think those could potentially create a lot of un-healing animosity in these forums.

Hi Mara you absolutely right. The political icons could be either a good thing or a bad thing.

Let me try to lay down some ground rules then.

I think the icons will work good if people do not use them to make them the focus of their posts in the forum. If someone includes either the Bush or Kerry one at the end of a regular post that is not political in nature, then this could serve as a sort of informal poll of both candidates. It would be a bad thing say if someone is a supporter of George Bush, and they are not able to restrain themselves from making a post in response to someone that just included a John Kerry icon at the end of theirs.

Just as with all the other icons just added, use them to express yourself and have a bit of fun.
