Hi Klara, only just back from work so unfortunately missed you and most others :-(

I get things wrong many times, but i think just noticing when it happens is in itself progress. As it says in one zen scripture - going, going, going on beyond and always going on beyond.....

Amazing how it seems as though Ohsawa could have written that today. Copywrite was 41 years ago. Not much has changed in spite of so many things changing. Spose' it's all relative, huh?

Hey Waco...Anyone ever in here? This has to be the most empty bulletin board I've ever been on. Think there's ever a busy season here...lol?
Well, you know what they say about empty spaces.
Just curious though...being that this might be one of few BB's on MB on an entire internet why is it so empty here? Are there that few MB people around?
Probably. Too bad. Try and find a reastaurant you can eat in....that should tell ya something.
MAybe if we packaged a loose weight fast meal and put it up for sale on TV there might be more people...lol.
Anyway....I was never one for crowds anyway.

Well i only joined a couple of weeks ago, no its not very busy, but then i guess macrobiotics doesn't encourage you to sit in front of a computer all day! I have been poping in here most days just for a quick look, am finding it useful, sometimes takes a few days for a reply, but why rush these things!
