Karlitta. Part of your medical condition stems from inheritance and part from eating food too much of a yin nature. It would
be advisable to eat more whole grains and no refined or broken down grains (like flour products, noodles, tofu, etc.) Also you need to cook nealy all foods and use a small amount of miso soup daily and good protion of cooked greens and ROOT vegetables.
Avoid vinegar, citrus, supplements, OTC drugs, honey and other simple sugars. Avoid very aromatic teas and cold drinks, no coffee, or tropic spices like ginger, pepper, etc. all these excite nervous system. When eating you need to eat very slowly and chew each mouthfoul 50 times before swallowing. This will help body to center and become more balanced. Eating cooked whole oats in the am will also prove benficial and help to level hormones and calm nerves. Oats are a great calming grain. But better whole oats than oatmeal (flakes). Avoid bread products, but
sea salt and a little more vegetable oil and fish would help
your situation.
The Klonopin is an strong anticonvulsant that is used mainly for Petit mal seizures. It is a drug in the family of drugs known as benzodiazeprines that can cause a number of problems if you have respiratoru, liver, kidney problems or sleep apnea. A number of possible side effets also accompanies this drug including abnormal eye movements, loss of voic, headache, diziness, stomach irritation and reduced red and white blood cell and platlet levels. Abrupt discontinuance of this drug can cause drug witrawal symptoms. I would adse you to discuss other
alternatives with your doctor. Especially if you begin changing your eating habits.
In peace, Roy
