I don't know exactly what you mean by transmutation. However in 1977 I experienced an actual change in my genetic make-up , being capable of transcending my birth family and experiencing my"self" traveling at an extremely high velocity (as it "seemed") "vibrating" as light would. I cannot pinpoint the amount of time I experienced this, but if you are interested I can elucidate how I accomplished this. I put " s aroung some words because they don't in actuality explain the phenomenon but create some kind of perception as to what did occur.
