It can be very hard to find good sugar, especially with all the misleading labels on the market. I wish laws were stronger and manufacturers were forced to say it when there are artificial and modified ingredients in the food we buy. Right now i am using brown rice syrup to cook, like someone said in an earlier post. It is not exactly like "sugar", but at least we stay healthy!
