Sorry to hear you felt rough, are you intolerant to gluten too? I don't know if you can get it in Oz, but i get Biona Organic pumpkin seed bread, there's no crap in it ( rye wholemeal rye flour, pumpkin seeds and sea salt).They have other types too. Otherwise you have to make your own, at least then you know what goes in it! Weird the foot pain you got though, can't help you there, soz. Veebee.
