I truly believe going slow is the best way to create any change in your life - it's more likely to stick, as opposed to making a huge whirlwind of a change and then finding it to be too much to stick to.
We all have our own challenges - whatever is hard to give up, try 1) eating less of it 2) eating more mb foods that have the quality you're enjoying and 3) trying new mb foods that help you create balance and bring new excitement into your diet.
wow, the whole yin/yang thing is something that took me a LONG time to start figuring out so you're way ahead of the game.
What's the book you're using? What have you enjoyed the most so far? and most important, do you have any real mb people around that you can share with???
