New and in a bad mood
I'm just getting going on the macro diet, and so far the only change I've noticed is being in a rotten mood!! I guess I just miss my snacks and my soda. Rahhh! My eating habits were actually pretty good before--I'm not a cheeseburger and Doritos type at all, but I do love Lean Cuisine and dairy products. It's really making me think about how addicted to various kinds of crap I am. I'm eager to push past this transitional period, but I guess the only way to do that is to keep on trucking.
