Hello Everybody,
I'm new to macrobiotics, I've been trying to follow the diet for about a month, so I have a couple of questions.
First of all I'd like to know how often can I eat fruit. I used to eat a lot of fruit every day, since i really LOVE it. I have already cut out tropical fruit but is it ok to eat local fruit every other day and how much?
I was also wondering, since we're allowed to eat fish 1-3 times a week, what about eating
shrimps, cuttlefish, calamari and similar foods?
My last question is what is the best thing to eat for breakfast? I used to eat fruit every morning so I feel a little lost now. I've also heard that soy milk isn't really good is that
true?
