What is Macrobiotics? The macrobiotic approach to
Healing.
For many people macrobiotics is about miso soup, brown
rice and
steamed kale. While these are great foods, macrobiotics is
far more
than that. Warren will give a clear picture of what
macrobiotics is
all about and how it can powerfully impact all aspects of
life.

Cooking for a Healthy, Dynamic Life
Cooking is the highest art form, it is creating life itself. In
this
exciting class Warren will demonstrate numerous styles of
cooking and
discuss their unique benefits. The energetics of food
and cooking will be emphasized in relation to creating
vibrant
health.
A full meal will be served and recipes given out.
