Thank you very much for the information. I will definately follow up on that lead. I was very surprised to come up empty handed when trying to find this information in the Birmingham area. I grew up in Huntsville and am familiar with Garden Cove; but not with the others. I'll be sure to look them up next time I am in the area. I am trying to help a friend who has recently stopped shunning the idea that diet controls our health. I feel it is very important to take this opportunity to get her some information while the door is cracked. I was raised in the "health food world" and have succumbed to the temptations of the the junk food world. The seed was definately sown by my wonderful mother- and am feeling such a strong pull currently; I think that my friend's need is also opening up an opportunity for me to start living "what I already know".
