No Boundaries -- All One!

Hi Kathy. Please do not get into the head set thinking that
herbs are separate from food plants. ALL PLANTS ARE HERBS!
BUrdock, dandelion, lettuce, brown rice, parsley, daikon, carrot,
chives, onions, etc., etc., etc. etc., ad infintum....

You just need to know that some plants are more yin and some more yang than others. You need to know how to balance yin and yang and use local plants as much as possible. SOme times
wild plants (herbs) are more healthy than cultivated (herbs) plants.

The definition of term HERB has changed BACK to what it originally meant; ANY PLANT used in the healing process. Since all plants have specific phyto chemistry then all are candidates for being herbs. All plants are one. All people are one. Everything
is one. Grow an herb garden. I have three (flowers, vegetables, wild things).

In peace, Roy
