herbs and seasoning foods
I have recently started a garden now that he weather has warmed up and love seeing all the green things in my yard plus the added exercise it gives me tending the plants and vegetables.
I was thinking of growing an herb garden too but I decided not to since the diet discourages the use of herbs and spices in cooking. If I grew things like chives, parsley, mint etc... I would not be able to resist using them. Is this just for those with a weak condittion or can herbs and seasonings be slowy introduced to cookingas ones health improves?
