Thank you, good advise. I'm in White Plains right now. not as far away from macrobiotics as in Texas, so I plan to try to see a counselor while I'm here. I looked at KI and they cost $325/consultation, plus the trip there. Do you know any counselors near White Plains. If so, I'd like know how to contact them. I'm in town till May 29th.
