Hi, I am 24 years old, 5’ 6” in height and weigh about 180 pounds. I need to loose at least 60 pounds. So I am recently following a diet like this: an apple in the morning; lean protein with veggies in lunch; lentil soup just 1 bowl at 6pm (dinner) and drinking at least 3litres of water, including green tea and grapefruit. No junk food and sodas at all. Do you think this diet is good enough to loose 60pounds in 4months?
