Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis

Hi,

I just read the two articles you have on one of my conditions.

http://www.cybermacro.com/articles29.html

http://www.cybermacro.com/public_html/Arthritis.html

Somewhat confusing. In the first article, Waxman seems to advocate the slightly yin balance as helpful for elimination, and therefore for the problem. Then Michio suggests more Yang more calcium containing foods as a solution. Then, in the second article. Illanit speaks of whole foods, then herbs, then over the counter supplements . like.... take your pick?

I tend to agree with Christine about what supplements and medications will do to the overall balance, if there's anything to mb at all, then this has to be true.

Except for Christina's two recipees, no suggestions on how to achieve this slightly yin balance is offered. Probably because there are so many factors, age, location, condition, spirituality, temperment, life style, emotional make up, stress level. etc, ad infinitum.

I don't feel much like adding milk, citrus, night shades etc back to my diet just so I can experiment leaving them off for a month each....

Arrrrggghhhh. I'm going outside to clear my head. Any suggestions or, experience on this subject...? if so I'd love to hear it.

Be happy --------- sk
