Complete Guide to Macrobiotic Cooking, a very good book, probably one of the best... I guess millet does the work (warm you up, that is) as well. Try oatmeal with cinnamon for breakfast... Some ginger in the pumpkin miso soup... I'm getting hungry here:-)
