Hi Hans,

I've only heard dulse referred to as "dulse". It's a purple/red seaweed, that doesn't have to be cooked much. Some people marinate it with cucumbers. It's also good roasted for a few minutes in a dry skillet. I don't believe that it's used as often in macrobiotic cooking as wakame, kombu, & arame.

Sorry that I don't know about its availability in Germany.
