I been away from here since April but macro for 3 years now and I love it more than before........I don't have cravings like I did last year unless I yin-out with too much fruit. And about a month ago my husband started eating a bowl of brown rice, cilantro & veggies for his lunch at work.....his energy level has already perked up.........I waiting to see how he gets moved in closer to the center
