Hello there, I might be wrong ofcourse im not a pro at this sort of thing but it sounds to me like night terrors.or even panick attacks. I have experienced night terrors myself but it was under a time of great stress. I found that if i would just mannage to move my eyes from side to side the rest of my body would follow and wake up.
