Wink Re: Going whole hog - I mean whole grain!

Tatjana,

Be proud of yourself that you are so open and so honest with yourself. Your attitude is going to get you far - all the rest of the mb practice is just details that will of course change with your growing knowledge and with your awareness.

I loved how you said "playing with some condiments" - that's what it's all about, playing!!!! As long as you're not seriously ill, you can afford to goof, we all do, and we learn from those goofs.

What was the convention you went to? Are the cooking classes mb? if yes, go for it - if it's a good teacher, you'll get much more than just some recipes.

And if you do go to the cooking classes, repeat everything you made in class at home, and several times.

Do you get PBS? - Christina has a cooking show on PBS, I've never been lucky enough to catch it.

Be ready for lots more surprises

about being very yin and very yang - just try to be in the middle with your eating - too hard to see-saw to get to balance. (btw, just a small amount of beans is enough - you can cook it up with lots of veggies)

Keep up the great work.

Klara
