I am currently trying a macrobiotic diet to reverse the affects of alopecia areata (about one and a half years now). I have read about people who followed the macrobiotic diet and completely reversed the affects of this disorder. You must know that all of these people who followed macro took about four years or so to completely reverse this disorder. Keep the faith!
