Roy Collins is on a distinguished road
Shadowtracker. I believe there is an in-depth discusion on acne in one of the old posts. But to reiterate, the cause is mainly due to a combination of both strong yin and stong yang. Usually the strong yin will act as a kidney trigger and will hasten the discharged of accumulated fats and toxins in the kidney which will come out through the skin pores.

I related a story in a previous post about a figure model of I once worked with who had a bad case of acne. She said she was a vegetarian but ate eggs. I asked her how much and she said a couple of day. I then asked her if she ate sugar or drank alcohol. To both she said "yes". QUite frequently she drank beer. I sugeted that she stop both of these two extreme foods for 3 months. I told her to use miso soup, one cup daily. This would helps clean the blood and neutralize the acids in her body.

After three months her skin cleared up. This occurred about 22 years ago. Two months ago I met up with this model again. This time she was not a model but rather the manager of a small cafe. I ordered a tea and she recognized me immediately. I did not recognize her at first but she reminded me about the old days as a model. She looked very beautiful with nice skin still.

Sometimes too much oil or nuts, or peanut butter, or cheese will have the same effect as animal fat on the kidneys and dirty blood. But almost always there is some extreme yin factor, maybe citrus or alcohol or raw fruit, or other simple sugar that will act as a discharge trigger. Please review the foods you are eating and eliminate both the fat and the extreme yin. Using extremal ginger compresses over the kidney area can also help, as well as taking a little fresh, grated daikon radish daily.

I hope this helps.

In peace, Roy
