Facial Acne
I am fairly new to macrobiotics and would appreciate some suggestions with reference to facial acne. I am quickly approaching 40 and have had facial acne for the past ten years. I have tried many remedies without success. I have also had a problem this past year with irregular periods. I have been to the doctor who says that everything including hormone levels are normal. I would appreciate knowing what I might try to correct these issues. Thank you.
